In 1989 a 18 year old kid with a passion for music had the idea to start his own illegal radio station. From a small town, 10 miles out of Amsterdam, he started Sunnyview Radio on the 101.4 FM.
Sunnyview Radio began to grow and within a few months we had a full weekend program with 8 discjockeys.
The popularity was growing and unfortunately the Radio Surveillance dept. also noticed us. After almost 2 years of succesful broadcasting we were taken of the air. Sunnyview Radio tried to restart several times but could not match its popularity anymore and in 1993 we pulled the plug.
Now you can re-live this period and listen to all the classic hits Sunnyview Radio had to offer and also all recent hits. ENJOY!
